Upon graduating high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he faithfully served his country while traveling throughout Asia, Africa, and Europe, including Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Following an honorable discharge, he pursued a degree in Information Systems Technology, launching a successful career in the technology field.

In 1997, Steven answered the clarion call to salvation and began faithfully serving in his local church. During this season, he developed as a Youth Mentor, Minister, and Teacher, cultivating a passion for discipling others and helping people discover their God-given identity and purpose.

In 2005, he co-founded the Full Circle Community Enrichment Program in Charlotte, North Carolina, a mentoring initiative dedicated to serving at-risk teenage young men. During this time, he also co-authored Alone in the Multitude, a book that addresses identity, purpose, and the challenges of finding one’s place in a challenging world.

Beginning in 2009, God led him through a season of preparation for the Apostolic mandate upon his life. After years of spiritual development and faithful service, he was affirmed as an Apostle by his spiritual leaders in 2016. That same year, he authored Second Wind: The Spirit of a Champion, encouraging believers to persevere with renewed strength while embracing their identity and purpose in Christ.

Also in 2016, he founded Christ In Action Ministries (CIAM), a ministry committed to teaching Kingdom truths and principles, renewing the mind, spiritual alignment, and deliverance from the systems that keep the Body of Christ bound in dysfunction and spiritual bondage.

In recent years, God has expanded Apostle's ministry with a greater grace for both physical and emotional healing. He is a certified Master Life Coach and holds certification in Biblical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Through practical biblical teaching, prophetic insight, and Kingdom strategies, he equips individuals to experience healing, restoration, and lasting transformation. He has hosted numerous healing and restoration gatherings emphasizing emotional wholeness, inner healing, and holistic discipleship. His ministry has also extended internationally through workshops and teaching engagements in Canada and the Caribbean.

In 2024, Apostle Allen founded Dominion L.I.F.E. Ministries (Living In Fullness Everyday), where the mission is to advance the Kingdom of God through discipleship, development, equipping, and deploying believers to fulfill their divine assignments. That same year, he released his most recent book, Trauma Still Speaks, which focuses on developing self-awareness, identifying the roots of emotional wounds, and applying practical, biblical strategies that lead to emotional healing, inner restoration, and personal transformation.

His heart is to see God’s people equipped with truth, walking in His divine purpose, and living in the authority Christ has given every believer. He is passionate about raising spiritually mature disciples who demonstrate the Kingdom of God in every sphere of influence and live as authentic representatives of Christ in their everyday lives.

As an Apostolic leader, teacher, mentor, and author, he remains committed to equipping both established and emerging leaders to walk in wholeness, fulfill their Kingdom assignment, and advance the Gospel with wisdom, power, and love.
